About Me
I was admitted as a Solicitor in October 2021 and practise exclusively in family law. I joined Marr Family Lawyers in September 2022.
I advise clients across a broad range of family law matters in Wollongong and throughout New South Wales. I work across all areas of family law, with a particular interest in parenting disputes.
I recognise that no two families are the same, and I take a tailored and practical approach to each matter. I am known for my approachable manner and for providing practical, straightforward advice in plain English. I understand that separation and family law proceedings can be stressful and emotionally challenging, and I place importance on ensuring clients feel informed, supported and confident throughout the legal process.
I assist clients in pre-action negotiations, private mediations, Court-based family dispute resolution conferences, interim hearings and final hearings, regularly working closely with Counsel in complex matters.
I have experience assisting clients in a broad range off amily law matters, including:
· parenting disputes, including complex and high-conflict parenting dynamics;
· property settlements involving businesses, trusts and complex asset pools;
· divorce applications;
· spousal maintenance matters;
· family violence matters;
· relocation applications;
· recovery applications;
· contravention and enforcement applications;
· urgent interim applications; and
· private mediations and Court-based dispute resolution conferences.
While I am committed to helping clients resolve matters as amicably and efficiently as possible, I also recognise that some disputes require litigation and Court intervention. In those circumstances, I guide clients through the process with clear advice, strategic thinking and strong preparation.
Having grown up on the South Coast, I relocated to Wollongong to pursue my studies and career in family law. Outside of work, I enjoy Pilates, spending time with friends and exploring the South Coast’s café and restaurant scene.
I recognise that no two families are the same, and I take a tailored and practical approach to each matter.
